Avocado is one of the fruits that we produce and distribute at Frutas Fajardo.

Avocado, Kiwi and Mint Smoothie
We have seen this super easy and quick recipe made by Arguiñano. To make the avocado, kiwi and mint smoothie you will need:
-2 ripe avocados
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/2 liter of water
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze it and pour the juice into the American glass. Peel the kiwi, chop and add it to the glass. Also add the 2 tablespoons of honey.
Open the avocados, remove the pulp, chop and add it to the glass. Pour the water, add 4-6 chopped mint leaves and blend the ingredients until you get a smooth shake.
Distribute in glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
Mango, banana and non-dairy milk smoothie
In Stove Dance We see another ideal recipe for vegans. As he explains in the post, it can be prepared both with natural mango and with frozen mango, a very good option if this fruit is no longer in season.
You only need these three ingredients:
-Vegetable milk (it can be oat milk or soy milk, for example, but whatever you have at home).
Put the frozen mango in a blender. Add the chopped banana to the blender. Add the unsweetened non-dairy milk. Beat until all the ingredients have been perfectly integrated and serve immediately.
Custard apple and orange smoothie
Only these two fruits are needed to prepare a delicious smoothie that will surprise you for sure. You already know that at Frutas Fajardo we are absolute fans of custard apples because of their healthy properties but also because of their flavor and incredible texture.
Combined with orange, the mixture is a success.
You will need to:
