Smoothie recipes with tropical fruit
Avocado is one of the fruits that we produce and distribute at Frutas Fajardo.
If we choose avocado as the main ingredient for a smoothie, we will know that the result will be a nutritious and very healthy avocado smoothie.
Avocado, Kiwi and Mint Smoothie
We have seen this super easy and quick recipe made by Arguiñano. To make the avocado, kiwi and mint smoothie you will need:
-2 ripe avocados
-1 lemon
-1 kiwi
-2 tablespoons of honey
-1/2 liter of water
-Mint leaves
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze it and pour the juice into the American glass. Peel the kiwi, chop and add it to the glass. Also add the 2 tablespoons of honey.
Open the avocados, remove the pulp, chop and add it to the glass. Pour the water, add 4-6 chopped mint leaves and blend the ingredients until you get a smooth shake.
Distribute in glasses and decorate with mint leaves.
Mango, banana and non-dairy milk smoothie

-2 ripe custard apples
-2 oranges
Cut the cherimoya in half, extract the pulp with a spoon and remove the seeds, add the cherimoya to the blender with the orange juice.
When you have it ready,
