Although it is common to come across a thousand salty recipes with avocado as the protagonist, today we are here to offer you several proposals with mango and cherimoya, which cannot be left behind because they provide a sweet flavor that is incredible with meat and fish.
We start with the avocado: but this time we chose a less conventional recipe.
Pasta with avocado pesto
Very different from traditional basil pesto, this avocado pesto recipe has a creaminess and texture that will make you addicted. It is perfect as an accompaniment to any type of pasta, but also by itself, because its flavor is exquisite.

Lamb with custard apple sauce
We cannot deny that lamb is delicious in any of its versions: grilled, stewed, grilled... and that its own juice is a real delicatessen. But today we come to propose something different thanks to the wonderful recipe book by Ana Garin Pineda.
To make this sauce you will need:
1 custard apple
1 microwave roast potato
1 glass of white wine
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cumin powder
