The avocado, which many call "the fruit of life" for its countless properties, has achieved worldwide fame. Its healthy qualities and gastronomic versatility have made it a highly appreciated fruit. Beyond trends, the consumption of this delicacy continues to increase in Spain and Europe, which shows that it is here to stay.

Maturation. Although each variety has its own ripening cycle, on average an avocado takes between 5 and 7 days to reach its optimal point.

Satiating power. The latest scientific studies reveal that avocado is one of the fruits that generates the most feeling of satiety. According to Nutrition Journal, you only need half an avocado at breakfast or as a side dish to keep you full throughout the day.
